The Basics
My name is Nick, the journal is unomonomalo ("ooh" "no" "mow" "no" "ma" "low"), the email is not hidden, but it's unomonomalo@gmail.com. Figure if it's already posted once, once more isn't going to drastically increase spam.
I'm a guy, with more detail to be explained in "complicated shit", which follows "the basics". Don't worry, it's nothing like "I'm a guy, but I wasn't always."
I'm ... okay, I'm 23 right now, but in days I'll be 24, so really, let's go with 24. Birthday is September 11, yes it sucks, yes I'm over it, no I don't mean the trauma of the event, yes I do mean the "DUDE YOUR BDAY IS 9/11 OMG THAT SUX" factor.
I graduated from Drexel University with a BS in Information Systems & Technology (I think) in June, 2004 and my dad is quietly pushing for me to go Law school. If he wants to fund it, I'll gladly go. How else am I going to get into politics? We'll cover that in the "complicated shit" section.
I work for a consulting company in Wilmington, Delaware, 30 minutes outside Philadelphia, where I live. I am on a fast track to being a complete workaholic, so know that before you try to become friends with me. If you can't accept that my job, which pays my bills, sometimes (lots of times) comes before everything else, then... we're probably not going to work out.
I have an apartment in the city, my address is HAHAHAHA NOT GONNA get publicly posted, but I live near the Philadelphia Art Museum. If you want to loiter around there in hopes of one day running in to me, you're free to do so. Just bear in mind that in reality I'm a 38 year old butch lesbian with black belts in jujitsu and aikido, and spent my formative years becoming a ninja in Japan.

Complicated Shit

Politics
I love politics. Truth be told, I love politicians. I love bullshit, rhetoric, and the political process. I lean pretty far left, but can appreciate both sides of the aisle. I love the Senate more than I love the House, though there are things that keep me forever in the House's debt. I have favorite Senators and least favorite Senators, and can identify them all due to an inexplicable C-SPAN addiction (by the by, Favorites: Joe Biden (D-DE), Teddy Kennedy (D-MA), Barack Obama (D-IL), Chris Dodd (D-CT), and Jack Reed (D-RI); Least Favorites: Trent Lott (R-MS), Bill Frist (R-TN), Joe Lieberman (D-CT), Rick Santorum (D-PA) and Saxby Chambliss (R-GA)). I'm a social liberal, fiscal conservative. Most of the time :)
Oh, and I'm destined to run for political office. I want to change the way government operates. I want to be a part of it. I want to represent people, and their views, and give them a voice. It is the absolute most corny part of my personality.
Food
From my penis to my love of food. I know I love food because I'm getting FAT. And I know I'm getting FAT because I weigh 30 lbs. more now than I did January 1, 2005. Sadly, I will not give up food, so I will continue to balloon to magnificent proportions, unless I do something like work out, which I think is probably far too much to hope for. Anyhow, there will often be food posts, which you're welcome to skip.

I think that's it pretty much. I like to play tennis, street hockey, and Grand Theft Auto, and I'm playing golf with my brother sometime in the future. I'd like to become a professional chef, commercial airline pilot, trial lawyer, Senator, gigolo, managing editor of the Washington Post, career diplomat, and published scholarly author. And pimp.
